Tasting Room hours: 510 Sequoia Lane Templeton, CA 93465 805-305-7355 AmByth Estate (Welsh for "forever") is a Demeter-certified Biodynamic/organic vineyard, winery and farm. The estate vineyards are steep, 100% dry farmed and head-trained. AmByth Estate is also Paso Robles' first and only winery to produce Demeter certified Biodynamic wines. We utilize the Biodynamic method of farming to enhance our observations of nature, and use these intimate insights as tools that allow our 20 acres of vineyards to express their true character through the grapes it produces. We want our grapes to be as unique to AmByth Estate as your thumbprint is to you. We believe in producing wines that are made with minimal intervention. We let the wine make itself and do not use additives or other winemaking gimmicks to manipulate the fruit that comes from our vineyards.
Carriage Vineyards B&B Carriage Vineyards is a unique B&B with delightful, moderately priced rooms with delicious hot breakfasts in the Paso Robles AVA. Enjoy the large carriage collection after you learn how to grow and maintain grapes and olives on Grape Ed 101 tour or take a carriage ride through the 100 acre ranch. You can taste our Gold Medal winning Olive Oil and fruit Vinegar at the B&B. Our Carriage Park conducted weddings with the bride presented in a beautiful horse drawn turnout to the pond and waterfall area. With 100 acres, there is a lot taking place on the farm. The property is home to 850 olive trees, a small orchard, vegetable garden, flower gardens and sitting areas. A seasonal stream adds to the tranquility. There are plenty of wild turkey, horses and cattle on the grounds.

Vineyards Besides being an excellent winemaker, Michael is one of Vietnam's most decorated war heroes. A California Vietnam veteran, Michael's has a profound appreciation for the returning veterans' challenges from today's conflicts in the Middle East. Not only was Michael a recipient of the Distinguished Service Cross he also received a Silver Star and Purple Heart. To help these returning veterans he has decided to donate 10 percent of all proceeds from wine purchases to help the rehabilitation of our returning soldiers through the Armed Forces Foundation. Therefore, when you purchase McClean Vineyards' wines, not only will you be doing your customers a great favor but also you are helping our returning heroes.

Junction Vineyard and Winery - Wine Tastings $5 Visit our Tasting Room. It was Marsha Merrill's vision to restore the long neglected 1920's vintage farmhouse, saving the original knotty pine and red oak hardwood floors, while adding tastefully colorful interior painting and furniture. Her passion for art and color are reflected in the gifts she has selected for sale and in our Canvas Series of wines that feature local artists' works as wine labels.

We're also a small, family-owned and operated winery specializing in small, hand-crafted lots of wine with intense colors and flavors. The winery is dedicated to producing elegant, rich wines exhibiting excellent longevity. Victor Hugo Vineyards and Winery utilizes grapes from the estate (Templeton Hills Vineyard) as well as selected neighboring vineyards chosen for their commitment to quality.
