Our extra virgin olive oil is a robust, Tuscan-style oil, blended from five olive varieties -- frantoio, leccino, maurino, pendolino, and coratina. It was hand harvested and cold pressed within hours after harvest. Fresh olive oil has distinctive flavors that reflect the type of olive fruit from which it is produced -- as well as the earth, climate, growing conditions, and time of harvest. Casa Pau Hana Olive Farm We are a family owned and operated sustainable olive farm producing two varietals of extra virgin olive oil. We offer two, 100% varietal bottlings of Lucca and Arbequina olive oil grown on 6 acres and consisting of 1,900 trees. Waters Vineyards - Wine Tastings $5 All Still Waters Vineyard's Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from olives grown on our estate orchard. The trees are estimated to be over 100 years old. This blend of Mission, Sevillano and Ascolano olives is pressed using an Italian mill that combines the best of traditional and modern methods.
