Jericho Canyon Vineyard - Wine Tastings $25 - Wine Cave Tel: 707-942-9665 3322 Old Lawley Toll Rd Calistoga, CA 94515 Jericho Canyon is a 40 acre rugged area at the northeast end of the Napa Valley in the Mt. St. Helena foothills. We produce 2,000 cases annually from the property. The winery, constructed in 2005, leads to a 6,000 square foot cave which was drilled into the hillside under Block 3 of our vineyard. The caves provide a cool, energy efficient, humid space for barrel aging our wines. Jericho Canyon is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., by appointment only. Rios Wine Company, LLC is a small family-owned winery producing limited quantities of premium Napa Valley wine. Currently we produce cabernet sauvignon, a red wine, chardonnay, and sauvignon blanc. In 2011 we will add a zinfandel, rose, and Riesling.

Our winery is located just outside Calistoga and tours are available at the winery by advance appointment only. Our main tasting room is located in down town Calistoga and walk-ins are welcome for tasting.

The tasting room is open from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except for major holidays.
